The process all begins with a call. You and your Over The Moon stylist will discuss what you’re hoping for aesthetically. This is followed up with a questionnaire to confirm sizing and any wardrobe preferences. After the events your Over The Moon stylist is shopping for have been established and questionnaire responses have been received, you’ll receive full outfit options via vision boards. Once you’ve reviewed and given feedback, your stylist will go back and forth with you to make adjustments until you’re happy and then facilitate all ordering and returns.
Discounts to items being ordered will be passed along whenever possible—and as an added bonus, Viceroy brides will receive a special Over The Moon bridal care package, including a personalized boat and tote, an engagement ring dish, a lingerie bag, pajamas, a wedding journal, and more.

Our wedding package starts at $195 per person. Cost varies based on personal preferences and special requests of the bride and groom and also largely with the wedding size and guest count.
Yes. You may arrange to have your ceremony in designated areas of Viceroy Snowmass. Ceremony fees range from $500 to $2,000 depending on the site selection.
The Viceroy Snowmass will apply the current sales tax to all food and beverage and space rental charges. Additionally, 24% taxable service charge will be added to all food and beverage charges.
To secure a date, a signed contract and non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit is 25% of the estimated value of the event. A full estimated prepayment of the event is due two weeks prior to the wedding date. A credit card will need to be on file to accommodate any overages on the day of the event.
Fees may apply depending if services are requested such as Coat Check Attendants, Chef/Carver, Bartenders, Dance Floor, Staging, deliveries or excessive luggage, etc.
The Client is responsible for any rental charges on items needed for the event that are not property of Viceroy Snowmass. All rentals both available via Viceroy or through outside providers must be ordered through the Hotel Event Coordinator. Use of outside providers must be pre-approved by the Hotel (5) five days in advance of the event.
Yes. Viceroy Snowmass will be more than happy to provide you with recommended vendors. Please consult with your Wedding Coordinator for a recommended list of creative and qualified wedding professionals.

Yes. Whether you are looking for a snowmobiling trip, rafting adventure, team building experience or an offsite dinner with transportation, we have relationships with reliable and professional companies to fit all your wedding group needs. Also available is our onsite transportation service, offering complimentary airport transfers and rides in and around Snowmass. Rides to Aspen are available for a fee. Contact us for more info.
Viceroy Snowmass offers a wide and appealing selection of outdoor venue spaces. We recommend that for every outdoor function, a back-up space or Tent is also secured in case of inclement weather. In the event of inclement weather Viceroy Snowmass will do everything in its power to accommodate an event.
If you wish to reserve a block of rooms for your family and guests, please notify the Special Events Manager who can provide you with availability and rates.
The hotel must be notified of the exact number of guests attending a function at least 72 working hours prior to the start of the event. This will be considered a guarantee, for which the client will be charged, even if fewer guests attend the event.
We recommend guestroom reservations be made for a minimum two-night length of stay with a check-in date of the night before the wedding and checkout the day after the wedding. This will eliminate the stress on the day of the wedding of having to check-in and out of guestrooms. You can also inquire about our bridal suite or options at the Spa.
Our standard Wedding Package includes 5 hours of service, additional hours are available for $500 per hour, in addition to bar fees. In accordance to Colorado State Law all bars are to be closed at 1:45 a.m. and all alcoholic beverages removed by 2:00 a.m.
We offer a complimentary suite to the bride and groom on the night of the wedding.
We do allow guests who are getting married at the hotel to have photos taken on property. This right is reserved exclusively to Brides hosting their wedding at Viceroy Snowmass
Yes, overnight valet parking is $30 during the summer months and $40 during the winter months. Day of parking is $10 per car, which can be paid by the guest or by the master account. Please speak with your wedding coordinator to confirm.
Arrangements for delivery of packages should be made through the Wedding Coordinator and must be prepaid. The hotel requires advance notice of deliveries exceeding 10 boxes, and does not guarantee storage of excessive boxes or deliveries without prior approval by management.
The hotel must provide all food and beverage items. The sale and service of alcoholic beverages is regulated by the Colorado State Liquor Commission and Viceroy Snowmass is responsible for the administration of those regulations. It is the hotel’s policy that all alcoholic beverages must be provided by the hotel.
Additional menu selections and customized proposals are available through your Wedding Coordinator. We will be happy to customize a menu based on your needs. Viceroy Snowmass offers complete catering and event services for both on and offsite events.
We offer all of our couples the opportunity to experience our Chef’s unique food tasting at a cost of $150.00 for a 4 course tasting. All tastings are coordinated with your wedding coordinator.
The food and beverage minimum is the least amount of money that you are required to spend on a combination of food and beverage, excluding service charge and sales tax, but is not all that you could spend. For use of the Grand Ballroom, we require a minimum of 125 guests (or the financial equivalent). For all other venues, the food and beverage minimum is reached by selecting individually priced, a la carte menu items to equal or exceed the required dollar figure. The following examples would apply towards the food and beverage minimum: Hors d’oeuvres, food display and carving stations, plated or buffet meal, wedding cake, dessert display stations, wine service with the meal, champagne toast, the bar (including alcohol), specialty station and any non-alcoholic beverages. Centerpieces, upgraded linens/china/silverware, décor, and specialty lighting would not apply towards the food and beverage minimum.
Food and beverage selections must be finalized and confirmed with your wedding coordinator at least 14 days in advance to guarantee availability due to seasonality of some selections. Requests for substitutions must be submitted three (3) business days prior to event, and are subject to availability and hotel approval. Parties of 12 or more must pre-select a menu. The hotel reserves the right to select a limited menu should the party size exceed 12 without prior arrangements.
