  • Is there an age minimum for check-in?

    The minimum age to check-in is 18 years of age. If a guest is not 18 years or older, a parent or guardian of the guest is to assume full liability for any and all proper charges and other obligations incurred by the guest at the resort, as well as for any and all injuries or damage caused by the guest to any person or property at the resort.

  • What time is check-out at the hotel? Is late check-out possible?

    Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out until 2:00 PM is available with a surcharge of 50 EUR.

    Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in is possible and is based on availability with an additional charge.

    All guestrooms are smoke-free environments. The resort does have a designated smoking area at Pique Ski Bar.

  • Is the water safe for drinking? Is bottled water served at the hotel?

    The tap water at the resort is safe for drinking. Bottled water is available at any of the restaurants/bars or through in-room dining.

  • Is there a gift shop on property? When is it open? What does it sell?

    Our ski valet runs a shop on the ground floor during the winter months selling ski and snowboard accessories as well as apparel and souvenirs.

  • Is there high-speed internet access? What is the cost?

    Yes, high-speed internet access is included as part of the resort accommodation fee.

  • Can I receive mail and packages at the hotel?

    We welcome guests to send packages to the resort prior to their stay.

  • Are there on-property healthcare services available to guests?

    Yes, the resort offers a pediatrician, providing healthcare services tailored to the needs of families. This specialized pediatrician service is open to all Viceroy Kopaonik visitors, ensuring that families have convenient access to healthcare during their stay. Located on the -2 level, next to the gym.
