Spa Information

Removed from distractions and stress, elevated in the breathtaking mountains, the spa is a singular experience. As the only full-service luxury spa on Kopaonik Mountain, it renews you with holistic wellness experiences, both rooted in tradition and of this very moment. Six blissful treatment rooms include a hydrotherapy Vichy showers room and a couple’s suite. At the heart of it all: a meditative relaxation lounge, awash in the soothing sound of falling water from an infinity pool and waterfall.

Important Notice: Use of the spa center is by appointment only, and availability depends on occupancy, which cannot be guaranteed. Children can access the spa facilities from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily, under adult supervision. However, children under the age of 6 are not permitted to use the spa facilities.

Deep Tissue/Sport | 50/75 minutes

Utilizes slow, strong strokes to affect deeper layers of muscles. This is full body massage with medium to strong pressure. 

Hot Stone | 90 minutes

Melt stress away and promotes circulation by combining hand massage with the application of heated stones.

Couple Massage | 50/75 minutes

Spend time together while being indulged from head to toe. This is full body massage with soft to medium pressure.

Reflexology | 30 minutes

Enjoy full body benefits from the application of pressure to various points of your feet, as per the ancient Chinese theory of how these points are connected to different organs.

Prenatal | 40 minutes

Gentle pressure and specific massage technique designed for guests who are expecting. Prenatal massages are considered safe after the first trimester, however please inform your therapist/practitioner of your pregnancy before commencing this treatment.

General Information

Use of the spa center is by appointment only, and availability depends on occupancy, which cannot be guaranteed.

To better serve our guests, please give The Spa by Viceroy a minimum of 24-hours notice for both groups and individual spa appointments, if they wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment to avoid being charged the full treatment cost.

Same day cancellations that are less than 6 hours of your appointment time will be charged 50% of the service.

Children can access the spa facilities from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily, under adult supervision. However, children under the age of 6 are not permitted to use the spa facilities.

As the spa offers extensive amenities and pre-treatment relaxation journeys to enhance the spa experience, please arrive at least 15 to 30 minutes prior to scheduled treatments to enjoy the facility and services. As a courtesy to all guests, treatment times will not be extended for late arrivals. Your late arrival time will determine the length of scheduled treatments, which will end at the originally scheduled time and at the full price.

Guests are asked to complete a medical questionnaire prior to treatments so that they can be tailored to your needs. To receive the full treatment benefits, please shower before the treatment commences. Hotel guests are encouraged to wear the robes from the room and come to the spa ready for treatments.

The Spa at Viceroy Kopaonik Serbia is concerned for guests’ personal wellbeing. When booking an appointment, please alert the spa reservation agent to any medical conditions or product sensitivities that will allow us to better serve you in the spa and fitness center.

For your safety and comfort, we suggest you leave your jewelry and valuables in your guestroom. Safety deposit boxes are provided in guestrooms for your security.

To ensure Federal and State requirements are met; The Spa at Viceroy Kopaonik Serbia requires that all guests provide valid age identification. Valid age identification is defined as government-issued identification, driver’s license, and or passport that contains the bearer’s date of birth, a photograph, and expiration date. It is unlawful to serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in Serbia. For your safety and comfort, we suggest you leave your jewelry and valuables in your guestroom.
