Yes, Hotel Zena has a mandatory guest amenities fee per night per room at a nominal charge of $35 per night (plus tax). For more information, please visit our Amenities page.
Hotel Zena offers a seasonal rooftop pool for registered overnight guests to utilize. The official pool season is Memorial Day through the end of September (weather permitting).
Our open-air cabanas are available to book for hotel guests and locals. Day passes can be secured based on availability via the link here.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to check-in by 3pm local time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to check-in will result in a credit card charge for one night. Special cancellation policies may apply for packages, promotions, certain arrival dates, and rates.
Pets are welcome with no additional charge or deposit. There is a limit of two domesticated pets per guestroom with a 50lb weight limit per pet. Please visit our pet section for more information.

Arrival
Check-in time is at 3:00 PM. We cannot guarantee either early or late check-in, but as with all special requests we will always note it in your reservation.
Check-out is at 12:00 PM.
The age minimum for check-in is 21 years old.
We are pleased to offer the ease of parking at Hotel Zena and welcome you to take advantage of this amenity during your visit. 24-hour valet parking is available. Overnight parking is $59+ tax and daily parking is $26.99+ tax per vehicle. Garage clearance is 6 ft.
