Save room this holiday season and make this dessert. Bolo-rei is a traditional Portuguese holiday cake. Bolo-rei translates to ‘King Cake’ and is typically enjoyed during Christmas and the Epiphany (Dia de Reis). Led by our expert pastry chef, this culinary experience is a hands-on journey to baking the rich, sweet cake made with a mix of dried fruits, nuts and crystallized fruits — all shaped into a crown or ring to symbolize the gifts brought by the Three Kings.
