Terms & Conditions: Qualified groups must be contracted between March 17, 2025, and May 31st, 2025 and actualized between March 17, 2025, to December 15, 2025, at Viceroy at Ombria Algarve. Additional concessions negotiated may reduce or nullify this offer. 15% of total room revenue will be either paid via commission to authorized representative outlined in signed contract (after the group actualizes and the final bill is paid) or rebated to the master account but not both. If there is an unconsumed balance of rebate to the master, rebate may be credited toward a future group at the same hotel contracted to be used within mutually agreeable dates in the same calendar year of the original program. Offer valid for groups with a minimum of 10 total room nights on peak. Availability of conference rooms, hotel rooms and other hotel facilities are subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Blackout dates may apply.  May not be combined with other offers or contracts signed prior to March 17, 2025.  Viceroy Hotel Group reserves the right to withdraw or modify this offer at any time, without notice. This offer is not valid on existing bookings. A mutually executed sales contract is required and courtesy blocks and/or ”based on availability” blocks do not qualify. Offer must be requested and redeemed prior to contract signature. All inclusions are subject to gratuities and service charges and are void where prohibited.
