Join us every Thursday at 6:00 PM in our Coral Restaurant + Bar for our specially curated Taco Tasting menu.

Inspired by the Japanese definition of Omakase, a selection of six to eight different taco dishes will be prepared each week using the core ingredient of corn with a creative twist. The selection of delicious tacos will be cooked using a variety of high-quality ingredients. Each taco prepared will tell its own story through its unique interpretation of classic Mexican cuisine.

Guests will be able to enjoy a vast selection of traditional Mexican spirits including mezcal, bacanora and raicilla sotol and local craft beer to accompany each dish.
