Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz of Mezcal
1 oz of Lemon Juice
1 oz Passion Fruit Purée
1 oz Agave Syrup

Directions:
Mix ingredients in a shaker glass, drain doubly, serve in Jicara with ice and garnish with pansy flower.

This cocktail presents a balance between acidity and sweetness, resulting in a very refreshing drink with smoky notes.
