What time is check-out at the resort? Is late checkout possible?
The check-out time is at 12:00 PM. Late check-out is possible, based upon availability.

What time is check-in at the resort? Is early check-in possible?
The check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in is possible, based upon availability.

Can I receive mail and packages at the resort?
Yes, packages can be mailed from the resort and incoming mail can be sent to the resorts address. Please contact the concierge for more information.

Can drones be used on the property?
For the privacy, safety, and overall comfort of all our guests, we kindly request that any drone usage on the property be submitted for pre-approval by management. We adhere to strict policies to ensure that we maintain a secure environment without disruptions.

Is smoking allowed at the resort?
Smoking is not permitted in the Villas. It is permitted in outdoor spaces but please be respectful of the health of other guests.

Are children welcome at the resort? What facilities and services are available for children?
Yes, Sugar Beach, A Viceroy Resort is a family-friendly resort and offers the following facilities and services. Please contact the concierge for more information.

- Spice Club - tweens and teens
- Children under the age of 4 and under are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.
- Babysitting services are available at an additional charge; advance reservation is required

Are pets welcome at the resort? What facilities and services are available for pets?
Well-behaved pets are welcome in select guestrooms, resort public areas (excluding bars and restaurants) and poolside and spa facilities.
Please advise the resort that you are bringing a pet prior to arrival. When the pet is a service animal, please notify when making a reservation, and the fee will be waived. Proof of documentation is required.

Do you have a loyalty program?
Yes, Viceroy Hotels and Resorts are part of the DISCOVERY loyalty program, a program designed with you in mind. Learn more and enroll.

What is the resort's cancellation policy?
A deposit of the first 3 nights room rate plus tax and service will be charged at the time of booking. Remaining balance will be charged 21 days prior to arrival. January 3 - December 21 cancel 21 days prior to arrival with no penalty. Cancel within 21 days of arrival and forfeit the entire stay.
