Please note that our tennis courts are temporarily closed and will reopen starting October 2024 and will feature a tennis court, padel court, and two pickleball courts.

Personal Training Sessions

Each personal training session is tailored specifically to you and your needs. Exercises will vary between strength, cardio, flexibility and endurance. Boxing sessions are available too.

We want you to feel comfortable and confident so your trainer will be with you every step of the way demonstrating techniques, providing advice and encouraging you to keep going.

About the Instructor

Kestin Greco is a proud Graduate from the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center where she was trained under the guidance of Swami Brahmananda; in 2017 she graduated from the Yoga Skills School of Kemetic Yoga where she trained under Yisrer Ra Hotep, Master Instructor. She has knowledge in chanting, Meditation, and psychology of yoga. Kestin began to take a keen interest in the potential benefits of yoga and the body and general wellbeing, after discovering how regular practice healed the body. This led to an understanding of how yoga is about finding life’s balance, awakening senses of inner calm and silent strength.

Kestin is seeking to help others in their life by nurturing their body, mind and soul. She wishes to share her love of yoga to everyone. Kestin can do different class of yoga and meditation from beginners to advanced yogis; she can as well work with pregnant persons. She will design a practice explicitly tailored to your individual body requirements, strengths, fitness goals and injuries.
