Getting Around

Hotel Zena is located within a short walk from the Capitol and steps from the parade route. While most Metro stations near the festivities tend to close, there are a variety of ways to get around easily. Capital Bikeshares offers bicycles available to rent by the day, which can be picked up and dropped off at docking stations. Additional Bike Rentals include “pay-as-you-go” options from JUMP Bikes via the Lime app or rentable scooters from companies such as Bird or SPIN. Ride-sharing apps, including Uber and Lyft, are also convenient. For those who choose to walk, our hotel team is happy to provide directions on what streets to take. Due to security, expect an increased amount of road closures on Inauguration Day.
