Join us for a culinary adventure at Somerset as we premier our Chef Series Dinners, where you can savor a 5-course menu prepared by our Executive Chef, Verlord Laguatan, and a different guest chef each month. Courses will be paired with special cocktails, making it a dining experience you won't forget. The Chef Series will feature a new chef every month, so mark your calendar for an event you won’t want to miss.

Seating for each dinner will be extremely limited with less than 20 seats available at each and will be staged directly in front of Somerset’s open kitchen, providing you with a front-row seat to all of the action. Diners will sit at the one long captain’s table, allowing for conviviality and conversation.  Immerse your senses in the culinary magic, connecting with the creativity and expertise of the chefs.

For our first Chef Series, we're excited to welcome well-known New York chef, Grace Ramirez to Somerset. Chef Ramirez and Chef Laguatan have teamed up to create a thoughtful, Latin-American-inspired 5-course dinner that will be perfectly paired with Ron Zacapa cocktails to enhance the experience.

Throughout the evening, the chefs will share insights into their inspiration, techniques, and personal stories behind each dish. Learn more about the artistry and craftsmanship behind the flavors, deepening your appreciation for the culinary expertise on display.

Our mixologists will work closely with the chefs to ensure each cocktail complements the flavors of the dishes. From the welcome drink to the libations with each course, these handcrafted beverages are designed to elevate your dining experience, striking the perfect balance between taste and sensation.
