You’re likely familiar with The Burger Federation, the O’Hare Airport staple recently crowned Chicago’s Best Burger at Chicago Gourmet. But what if I told you that you didn’t need to catch a flight to get your hands on the sweet and creamy Little Miss Figgy burger?

That’s right. From February 19-21, Somerset will partner with The Burger Federation to bring their award-winning burgers to Chicago’s Gold Coast.

Try the Little Miss Figgy burger – featuring short rib, brisket and ground chuck, pickled pepper relish, fig coulis, caramelized onion butter, St. Angel and gouda fondue, and bacon vindaloo on a brioche bun.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to ProStart, a culinary program for high school students who want to join the culinary world.
