Spice of Life sets a new standard in the Caribbean. This 35,000-square-foot residence, skillfully designed by Botelho Wood Architects, can comfortably host up to 18 guests, while still providing an intimate setting for just two.
The opulence of Spice of Life is not just in its size, but also in its array of amenities. Highlights include private beach access, a sprawling outdoor swimming pool, 13 bathrooms, a main kitchen alongside a commercial-grade kitchen, and generous living and dining areas. This versatile layout is ideal for hosting grand events, such as weddings.
The residence is also designed with sustainability in mind, featuring a sustainable water system and integrated solar power. In addition, guests can enjoy a range of luxury amenities, including a private 24-hour butler service, a dedicated on-property shuttle and driver, luxury airport transfers, and more.
