Inspired by the name Solalua—derived from the Portuguese words for "sun" (sol) and "moon" (lua)—Eclipse symbolizes the remarkable collaboration of two culinary forces coming together in perfect harmony.
This curated series will highlight celebrated local talents, showcasing their unique expertise within the Viceroy dining experience. Guests can enjoy a ten-course tasting menu consisting of five dishes created by Viceroy's Chef Pedro Pinto, focusing on Algarvian cuisine, and five signature dishes from our guest chef.
The series is curated in collaboration with Nelson Marques, a highly respected Portuguese gastronomy writer and author of "Chefs Sem Reservas".
