Begin the year with a brunch like no other. We’re treating you to Portuguese specialties, starting with our famous Ombria pancakes and signature muffins with a touch of honey from Algarve. Continue to linger over fresh Algarvian salads, tender beef carpaccio and succulent shrimp.  As part of the celebration, a lively cooking station invites you to watch our chefs prepare truffled caserecce (roasted beef) and fresh fish drizzled with chimichurri sauce.  To satisfy your sweet tooth, choose from a selection of traditional desserts, including “Azevia” (a Portuguese-style chickpea dish) and “Folar” (honey and cinnamon rolled cake) from Olhão.
