Ring in 2025 with an indulgent nine-course dinner. The prix fixe menu starts with an amuse of crab Berliner, Ria Formosa oysters and Toro tuna. As the clock ticks closer to midnight, you’ll savor Pata Negra (Iberico pig); sole with chanterelles and sage; and tender oxtail with celeriac, fresh herbs and a mustard jus. Toast with a raspberry champagne cocktail, and finish on a sweet note with “Rabanada” (Portuguese-style French toast).
