Sugar Beach’s signature restaurant invites you to connect with the lush natural surroundings of St. Lucia while enjoying the Colonial splendor of gourmet classics. Indulge in a chef’s amuse bouche as you await standout main courses paired with Old and New World wines. With sweeping views of the Pitons and beach, you’ll have every reason to linger. Just be sure to also visit the adjoining open-air Saltwood Bar for a rum cocktail.

Dress Code: Resort chic. While jackets and ties are not required, torn jeans, flip flops, bathing suits, and athletic wear are not permitted.

Any guest on Sugar Beach Meal Plan or Half Board package will receive an offset to the value of $125 per adult or $69 per child against food items on their bill. Included drinks package will be applied for guests on the Sugar Beach Meal Plan.
