Get a close look at the making of our signature artisanal chocolates — perfect for gifting or indulging. Led by our expert chocolatiers in our on-site Chocolate Lab, this hands-on experience invites you to create delectable chocolates infused with seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, such as crunchy regional almonds, sweet honey from the Caldeirão mountains, fragrant Algarve citrus and fleur de sel from Castro Marim. Learn the art of tempering chocolate to achieve the perfect glossy finish, how to expertly flavour it with local ingredients, and how to mold and beautifully package each piece by hand. Throughout the workshop, there will be plenty of chocolate sampling. Whether you’re looking to create a memorable holiday gift or your own luxurious after-dinner treat, you’ll leave with something special, all wrapped up and ready to enjoy.
